Attention: Please beware of the different return regulations of the bike types. Cargobikes in Hamm may only be returned to their home stations listed below.
RENT A BIKE
Rent a bike via app: simply scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock will open automatically. Therefore never rent a bike from afar!
Alternatively you can rent a bike via terminal or hotline: +49 (0) 30 69205046.
PARK A BIKE
You can park your bike inbetween your journey without stopping the rental. Activate the park mode in your app and close the lock afterwards. In your app you can also stop it again once you want to continue your journey. The frame lock opens automatically. Therefore never stop the park mode from afar!
RETURN A BIKE
Return the bike at an official station and push it into the stands provided for it and close the frame lock, the return is automatically recorded. Please check in the app if the return was successful.
If no free stand is available, place the bike next to the station and close the frame lock. Update your app to make sure that the return was successful. In the map you can see where you can return bikes.

You can rent a cargobike at the station HSHL Campus Hamm via app: simply scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock will open automatically. Therefore never rent a bike from afar!

PARK A CARGOBIKE
You can park your bike inbetween your journey without stopping the rental. Put it on its feet and activate the park mode in your app and close the lock afterwards. Return the cargobike at its home station HSHL Campus Hamm and put it on its feet. Close the frame lock, the return is automatically recorded. Please check in the app if the return was successful. Returning cargobikes at other than their home stations is not permitted.

Rent your e-cargobike in Dortmund via app: simply scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock will open automatically. Therefore never rent a bike from afar!

PARK AN e-CARGOBIKE
You can park your bike inbetween your journey without stopping the rental. Put it on its feet and activate the park mode in your app and close the lock afterwards. RETURN AN e-CARGOBIKE
Return your e-Cargobike to one of the three Spar- und Bau stations Althoffblock, Unionviertel or Uhlandblock. Place the bike on its feet and push down the small lever on the frame lock. Check the return in your app.
There is a 20 € fee for returns away from designated stations.
REGISTRATION
The registration is free of charge. Before renting your first bike, we need to verify your payment method. You will be required to deposit a credit of 1 € which can be used in all fare types. You can change your preferred payment method at any time.

1 ACCOUNT = 4 BIKES
You can rent up to four bikes at the same time using one account. Special rates and offers only apply to the first bike, additional bikes are charged at the standard rate.
SERVICE FEES
Returning bikes outside of official stations is not allowed. (e)Cargobikes in Hamm and Dortmund have to be returned to the cargobike stations mentioned above. In case of non-compliance a service fee of min. 20€ will apply.
